Eric Hutchinson | Architect, Interior Designer & Real Estate Agent

Eric combined his love of design and real estate to found the beginnings of Hutch House and Co in 2016. After studying architecture at college and working in firms for several years, Eric decided to branch out on his own and become a licensed Real Estate agent and property developer in Denver, Colorado. 

Along with several partners, contractors and skilled craftsmen, Eric and his team produce beautiful, carefully designed homes with the future homeowner in mind. With a high attention to detail and a love for clean lines, quality materials and a neutral palette, Eric and his team create beautiful finished homes that stand out in the crowded Denver market.

A Georgia native with a love for the mountains, Eric moved to Colorado in 2013 after a several years as an architect in Northwest Montana. Eric has a passion for people and takes pride in finding his clients their perfect homes and loves the creative challenge that each new project brings.
